Rates are based on a maximum of 2 persons per bedroom. Extra persons must be prearranged.

Deposits
Weekly	$200.00/cottage
Holiday Weekend	$150.00/cottage
Weekend or mid-week	$100.00/cottage
Deposit is applied to final bill. No refunds for early departures. Reservations can only be guaranteed with a paid deposit. Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
60 days or less before date of arrival, no refund of deposit.
More than 60 days notice – deposit refunded (less $30.00 administration fee)
